Bloom Industries Board Meeting on Sep 8 to Approve Director Re-appointment

Bloom Industries Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for September 8, 2026. The agenda includes the appointment of an Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the re-appointment of Mr. Akash Gupta as a Whole-time Director (KMP) for five years from October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board will also consider and approve the Director's Report for FY 2025-26, fix the date and time for the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM), approve the AGM notice, set the book closure date, and appoint a scrutinizer for the AGM.
