BLS E-Services Subsidiary Changes Statutory Auditors

BLS E-Services Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, Atyati Technologies Private Limited (ATPL), has accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP. The resignation is effective immediately. ATPL has appointed M/s. S. S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP as the new statutory auditor to fill the casual vacancy. The change in auditors for ATPL is attributed to independence requirements arising from a change in ownership of ATPL to BLS E-Services Limited and potential non-audit services provided by related firms to BLS E-Services Limited and its holding company.
