BLS Infotech Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

BLS Infotech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated and connected persons. The window will remain shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The company will announce the date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider these financial results in due course. The update has also been registered on the NSDL portal.
