The Board of Directors of BLS Infotech Ltd. approved and took on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The meeting, held on 14th February, 2026, was subject to a Limited Review Report by the Company’s Statutory Auditor, M/s. Arun Jain & Associates (Registration No. : 325867E).
