BLS International Sets Record Date for AGM & Dividend

BLS International Services Ltd has announced the record date for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and for determining shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend. The record date is set as Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at the close of business hours. The AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This intimation is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and relevant circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. Beneficial owners recorded by NSDL and CDSL, and members in the Register of Members, will be considered for dividend entitlement.
