BLT Logistics Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons till 48 hours after FY2025-26 Results

BLT Logistics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including insiders and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the half-year and year ending on March 31, 2026.
