BLT Logistics to Invest in BLT Renewable Energy, Owning 15% of Paid-up Share Capital

BLT Logistics Ltd. has approved the investment by way of subscription to equity shares of BLT Renewable Energy Private Limited, a proposed private limited company. The company will own 15% of the paid-up share capital of BLT Renewable Energy Private Limited. The proposed investment is an arm's length transaction and is expected to be completed by February 2026, subject to requisite approvals.
