This acquisition is part of a Preferential Allotment pursuant to an Approved Resolution Plan and orders from Adjudicating Authorities, including the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal. The total equity shares acquired amount to 50,00,000, bringing the total post-acquisition holding to 94.87%. The company's total equity share capital before and after the acquisition remains Rs. 5,27,04,460, divided into 52,70,446 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
