Blue Chip India Appoints New CFO, Independent Director, and Auditor

Blue Chip India Ltd announced several key appointments following a Board Meeting held on August 14, 2026. Ms. Asha Pal has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective the same date. The company also appointed Ms. Iranee Tripathy as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a term of 5 years, subject to member approval.
