Counter Cyclical Investments Private Limited, along with its clients, has disclosed a disposal of shares in Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd. The portfolio manager and its clients sold 2,454 shares in the open market on April 24, 2026. This transaction reduced their total shareholding in Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd from 120,848 shares (6.13%) to 118,394 shares (6.01%) of the target company's equity share capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
