Blue Cloud Softech Clarifies Land Footprint for GIX Acquisition

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd has issued a clarification regarding the 'Objects of the Preferential Issue' for its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on May 4, 2026. The company explained that the reference to 'access to 196.7 acres of contiguous land at Chhatrapur, Odisha' in the EGM notice was to describe the aggregate land footprint being aggregated for the proposed project through Geo Impex Private Limited. This consolidated land bank includes approximately 77.446 acres already acquired, 17.104 acres under title transfer, 58.424 acres of identified government land for potential allotment, and 43.726 acres of private land parcels identified for acquisition. The clarification aims to correct any misinterpretation that the entire 196.7 acres was already registered in Geo Impex's name at the time of the EGM notice.
