As a first step, they have launched 'GMB Life', a preventive screening and wellness application powered by BluHealth, on app stores. Future plans include establishing BluHealth-enabled healthcare kiosks. The company expects this association to extend its platform's reach into community healthcare and establish a reference deployment in the consumer health segment. The transaction is not expected to have a material financial impact in the current financial year and is not a related party transaction.
