Blue Cloud Softech Signs Digital Infrastructure MoU with Liberia

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of the Republic of Liberia and GCIB Africa to develop Liberia's National Digital Infrastructure Project (NDIP). This Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative aims to establish a national data center, sovereign cloud, cybersecurity capabilities, digital identity, and e-government services. The project is a significant step in BCSSL's West African expansion strategy, following a similar MoU in Senegal. The MoU has an initial term of 24 months, with no consideration payable at this stage, and is subject to feasibility studies and definitive agreements.
