Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd has announced its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will address ordinary business including the adoption of audited standalone financial statements for FY26, declaration of a dividend of ₹1.20 per share, and the re-appointment of Mr. Naresh Suryakant Shah. Special business includes the re-appointment of M/s. KKC & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term and the re-appointment of Mr. Akshay Bansarilal Arora as Whole-Time Director and Executive Chairman for five years from April 13, 2027.
