Blue Pearl Agriventures Ltd announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on September 1, 2026. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Chhotelal Jaiswal as Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director and Mrs. Riddhi Krunal Shah as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. Concurrently, Ms. Renu Kaur resigned from her position as Non-Executive and Independent Director. All changes are effective from September 1, 2026.
