Bluechip Tex Appoints New Director, Reconstitutes Committees

Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd announced changes in its board and committee structure effective August 12, 2026. Mr. Saurabh S. Somani has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to member approval. The company also accepted the resignation of Mr. Rohit P Bajaj as an Independent Director due to other commitments. Following Mr. Bajaj's resignation, the Board of Directors approved the reconstitution of various committees to comply with applicable regulations. The meeting also confirmed the appointment of Binita Gosalia as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
