Bluechip Tex Appoints Saurabh Somani as Independent Director

Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Saurabh Somani (DIN: 06540706) as a Non-Executive Independent Director. This appointment was approved by the shareholders at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 22, 2026. Mr. Somani's term is for five consecutive years, commencing from August 12, 2026. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois, USA, and has over 8 years of experience in finance and investments, including 5 years in Risk Advisory at EY India and managing investments for a family office. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred by SEBI.
