Bluspring Enterprises Completes LSG Sky Chefs India Acquisition

Bluspring Enterprises Limited announced the completion of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bluspring New Horizon Two Private Limited's (BNHTPL), acquisition of 100% stake in LSG Sky Chefs (India) Private Limited (LSG). The acquisition was made from Airline Catering and Retail Invest Asia Pacific Limited and Alfred Anton Rigler. Following the satisfactory closure of all conditions precedent in the Share Purchase Agreement dated April 13, 2026, LSG has officially become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises Limited, effective August 06, 2026. The company confirmed that this transaction is not a related party transaction and involves no interest from promoters, promoter group, or group companies.
