BMB Music & Magnetics Board Approves AGM, Appoints Internal Auditors

BMB Music & Magnetics Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on July 24, 2026. The board approved the Draft Board's Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. They also approved the convening of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 24, 2026, and set the book closure dates from August 18 to August 24, 2026. M/s. CDSL India Limited was appointed as the e-voting agency. Additionally, Mr. Tara Chand Sharma was appointed as the Scrutinizer, and M/s. A J M K & Associates were appointed as Internal Auditors for a five-year tenure from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The Secretarial Audit Report for FY 2025-2026 was also taken on record.
