BMW Industries Closes Trading Window from July 1, 2026

BMW Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" and SEBI regulations. The trading window will remain shut for all directors, KMPs, designated persons, connected persons, promoters, their group, and immediate relatives. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
