BN Agrochem Ltd announced that the Income Tax Department concluded search/investigation proceedings at its premises across India on October 27, 2026. The proceedings, initiated on October 22, 2026, under the Income Tax Act, 1961, did not result in the seizure of any assets, stock-in-trade, books of accounts, or funds. The company stated that its routine business operations and financial activities remain uninterrupted and normal.
