B-Fly Asset Manager LLP is an Associate LLP of the company engaged in managing Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). This investment is subject to completion of applicable statutory and regulatory formalities and complies with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the Companies Act, 2013.
