BNR Udyog Approves Audited Results for FY26

BNR Udyog Ltd's board meeting on May 21, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They also approved the appointment of M/s. PPKG & Co as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and the continuation of Mr. Kamal Narayan Ratbi as Managing Director, subject to member approval. Additionally, M/s.
