BNR Udyog Approves Audited Results; Ratbi Continues as MD

BNR Udyog Ltd's board meeting on May 21, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. M/s. PPKG & Co was appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The board approved the continuation of Mr. Kamal Narayan Ratbi as Managing Director beyond 70 years, subject to member approval. M/s. Aakanksha Dubey & Co. was appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the upcoming AGM. The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) was re-constituted.
