BNR Udyog Ltd Closes Trading Window till 48 hours after Financial Results Declaration

BNR Udyog Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the period ending on 31st March, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the Company's Code of Conduct from 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the year ended 31.03.2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
