Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd. has approved the acquisition of 20% equity stake in Lehren Networks Private Limited (LNPL) through a share swap. The acquisition, valued at Rs. 1,20,00,000, was made in accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. LNPL, a heritage Indian entertainment media company, has a strong reach across major digital platforms and vernacular markets, making it strategically positioned to harness the next wave of digital entertainment growth in India and beyond. The acquisition is aimed at expanding Bodhi Tree Multimedia's presence in the Media & Entertainment Industry.
