Bodhi Tree Multimedia Acquires 20% Stake in Lehren Networks for Rs. 1,20,00,000

Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd. has approved the acquisition of 20% equity share capital of Lehren Networks Private Limited. The acquisition is aimed at expanding Bodhi Tree's presence in the entertainment industry. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 1,20,00,000, which will be discharged by the issuance and allotment of up to 12,00,000 equity shares of Bodhi Tree Multimedia at an issue price of Rs. 10/- per share. Lehren Networks is a heritage Indian entertainment media company with a legacy dating back to 1987, and it has a strong reach across major digital platforms and vernacular markets.
