The shares were allotted to two non-promoter entities: Virello Estate LLP and Nerdix Technologies LLP, each receiving 10,29,411 shares. The company has received the full consideration, and the newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to ₹23,92,43,920.
