Datakosa Limited, formerly Bodhtree Consulting Limited, has officially changed its Corporate Identification Number (CIN) following an alteration to its Memorandum of Association (MOA) objects clause. This change was approved by shareholders via a special resolution at the AGM on September 09, 2026, and subsequently registered with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a new CIN, L62020TG1982PLC040516, replacing the previous L74140TG1982PLC040516.
