Feature AI Digitals Acquires Stake in Bodhtree Consulting

Feature AI Digitals Private Limited, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) including Mr. Santosh Kumar Vangapally, has disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in Bodhtree Consulting Limited. The acquisition, classified as an inter-se transfer between promoter group entities, increases their combined holding. Prior to this, the acquirer and PACs held 18.29% of the voting capital. Following the acquisition of 13.72% additional shares, their total holding now stands at 40,00,000 shares, representing 18.29% of the total diluted share capital of Bodhtree Consulting Limited, which comprises 21,865,570 equity shares post-acquisition.
