Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd Approves Sale of Tea Plantations

The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the sale of Tea Plantations (Dunsandle Estate) at Village Sholur, Taluka – Udhagamandalam, District – Nilgiris. The sale is subject to approval, consents, permissions from the concerned authorities. The buyers do not belong to the Promoter or Promoter group of the Company or any group companies. The definitive agreements will be executed in due course and the expected date of completion of sale/disposal will be as mutually agreed between the parties in the definitive agreement. No consideration has been received as on date.
