Bombay Cycle Recommends Final Dividend of ₹5 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Ltd, in its meeting held on May 25, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, equivalent to 50%. The dividend is subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming 107th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of the AGM will be announced in due course.
