Bombay Dyeing Holds 146th AGM via Video Conference

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd held its 146th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 7, 2026, commencing at 11:30 AM IST and concluding at 1:00 PM IST. The meeting was conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) circulars. The AGM was chaired by Mr. Nusli N. Wadia, who welcomed members and confirmed the presence of quorum. The audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the Financial Year 2025-26, along with the Board and Auditors' reports, were presented. Members had the opportunity to ask questions, with responses to advance queries provided and others to be addressed via email within three working days. Seven resolutions were transacted, including the adoption of financial statements.
