Bombay Potteries Appoints JPKD & CO LLP as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Bombay Potteries & Tiles Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. JPKD & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the AGM until the conclusion of the 97th AGM. Their remuneration will be determined by the Board of Directors in consultation with the auditors. JPKD & CO LLP has experience in statutory audits, tax advisory, and corporate compliances.
