Bondada Engineering Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary for BESS Project

Bondada Engineering Limited (BEL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Bondada Hindupur BESS Project Private Limited (BHBPL), to develop, own, operate, and maintain a 225 MW / 450 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. This project, awarded by AP Transco under a Build-Own-Operate model, aims to provide grid-scale energy storage and support renewable energy integration in Andhra Pradesh. BHBPL will function as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for project financing, execution, and management. This move signifies BEL's strategic expansion into the growing energy storage sector and diversification into high-growth infrastructure opportunities.
