Borosil Ltd Realigns Manufacturing Facility Plan

Borosil Ltd has announced a strategic shift regarding its new manufacturing facility in Bharuch, Gujarat. Originally planned for direct setup and funding by Borosil Ltd with an estimated capital expenditure of Rs. 42 crores, the Board has decided to pursue an alternative approach. The facility will now be established by its subsidiary, Borosil Scientific Limited (BSL), with BSL incurring the capital expenditure, subject to approvals. Borosil Ltd will continue to be supported by existing manufacturing arrangements with BSL for its glassware product requirements. The company reaffirms its commitment to growth and market expansion.
