
Borosil Ltd. to Set Up Manufacturing Unit for Vacuum Insulated Stainless-Steel Flasks and Bottles in Rajasthan
Borosil Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the setting up of a manufacturing unit for vacuum insulated stainless-steel flasks, bottles and containers in the state of Rajasthan through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Stylenest India Limited. The new manufacturing unit is expected to have an initial estimated production capacity of 2.4 million units per annum, with an estimated commercial production date of December 2025. The estimated capex for the project is Rs. 40 crores. The company aims to comply with BIS standards, improve cost efficiencies, enhance product availability, and align with the 'Make in India' initiative. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Suresh Savaliya as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
