Borosil Renewables: GM-HR Ceases to be Senior Management

Borosil Renewables Ltd has announced a change in its senior management personnel. Mr. Dilip Acharya, General Manager – Human Resources, has ceased to be part of the senior management team effective July 13, 2026. This change is attributed to an alteration in the company's internal reporting structure. Importantly, Mr. Acharya will continue his employment with Borosil Renewables in a different capacity. The company has informed the stock exchanges as per SEBI regulations and requested the information be taken on record.
