Borosil Scientific Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of financial results will be intimated in due course. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering or dealing in any transaction of shares of Borosil Scientific Limited during the trading window closure period.
