Bosch Ltd and TATA Autocomp Systems Ltd to Form a Joint Venture for Manufacturing e-axles and Electric Traction Motors

Bosch Ltd and TATA Autocomp Systems Ltd have approved the formation of a joint venture company (JVCo.) to manufacture, sell, and provide after-sales service for e-axles and electric traction motors, as well as other products. The JVCo. will be incorporated as a Private Limited Company in India, with Bosch holding 50% of the paid-up share capital and TATA Autocomp holding the remaining 50%. The joint venture agreement will be executed on March 23, 2026. This venture will enable both companies to combine their expertise in engineering and operations to cater to the growing demand for electric vehicles in the market.
