Bothra Metals & Alloys Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Bothra Metals & Alloys Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and is for the purpose of considering the audited financial results for the half year and year ended 31 March, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from 01 April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The date of the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated separately.
