BPL Ltd Closes Trading Window Ahead of Audited Financial Results Release

BPL Ltd, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company's internal procedures, has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration and declaration of the audited financial results will be announced later.
