B.R. Goyal Infra to hold EGM on June 29 for Warrants Issue

B.R. Goyal Infrastructure Ltd has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on June 29, 2026, to approve the issuance of up to 11,00,000 convertible warrants to non-promoters. The warrants, priced at ₹119 each, represent a total issue size of ₹13.09 crore. The EGM will also seek approval for borrowing beyond specified limits and for creating charges on company assets.
