Brahmaputra Infra Approves Audited Results for March 31, 2026

Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. announced the approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Gurvinder Chopra & Co. as Cost Auditors for F.Y. 2026-27, subject to shareholder ratification.
