Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. has effectively implemented a 15% rental increase at City Centre Guwahati, its prominent shopping destination in Guwahati, Assam. This adjustment is part of the company's standard three-year review cycle and will enhance free cash flows, positively impacting the bottom line of the real estate segment. The new rental structure, which includes a 15% increment, took effect from April 1, 2025, and all applicable rental payments from this date onwards will be calculated based on the new rates. The mall, which has a total area of approximately 4 Lakh Square Feet, is well-connected via major roads and public transportation networks and hosts a wide array of retail outlets, entertainment zones, food courts, and recreational facilities.
