Brainbees Solutions Limited announced a further extension to the timeline for remitting the initial subscription amount to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Swara Corp., USA. The remittance, initially due by February 28, 2026, was previously extended to April 30, 2026, and is now extended to June 30, 2026, due to procedural delays. Swara Corp. was incorporated on December 8, 2025, as a step-down subsidiary of Brainbees Solutions through Swara Baby Products Limited.
