Globalbees Brands Private Limited Acquires Additional 10% Stake in Plantex E-Commerce Private Limited

Globalbees Brands Private Limited, a subsidiary of Brainbees Solutions Ltd, has acquired a further 10% stake in Plantex E-Commerce Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the company. This acquisition is pursuant to a Shareholders Agreement dated September 02, 2022. Post-acquisition, Globalbees' shareholding in Plantex E-Commerce Private Limited has increased from 60% to 70%. The cost of acquisition is INR 19.96 Crores. Plantex E-Commerce Private Limited is incorporated in India and is engaged in the business of kitchen and home utility products under various brands. The company's turnover for the last three years is as follows: 2022-23: INR 52.85 Crore, 2023-24: INR 129.19 Crore, and 2024-25: INR 170.85 Crore.
