Globalbees Brands Private Limited Acquires Further Stake in Cloud Lifestyle Private Limited

Globalbees Brands Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Brainbees Solutions Ltd, has acquired further stake in Cloud Lifestyle Private Limited. Cloud Lifestyle Private Limited, incorporated in India on June 02, 2017, deals in personal care products, wellness products, and cosmetics. The company's turnover for the last three years is as follows: 2024-25: INR 55.35 Crore, 2023-24: INR 13.07 Crore, and 2022-23: INR 3.07 Crore. The acquisition was done at arm’s length and the group companies have no interest in Cloud Lifestyle Private Limited except to the extent of their shareholding and common directorship. The acquisition was completed on August 14, 2025, for a cash consideration of Rs. 60.29 Lacs, which equates to a 10% additional shareholding in Cloud Lifestyle Private Limited.
