Brainbees Solutions Infuses INR 73 Crores in Subsidiary Globalbees Brands, Increasing Shareholding to 51.12%

Brainbees Solutions Ltd. has invested INR 73,00,47,000 (Indian Rupees Seventy Three Crores and Forty Seven Thousand Only) in its subsidiary, Globalbees Brands Private Limited, by subscribing to 1% Tranche Series C2 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS). The investment was made on April 04, 2025, resulting in the allotment of 2,220 Series C2 CCPS to Brainbees Solutions. This has increased Brainbees Solutions' shareholding in Globalbees from 50.73% to 51.12% on a fully diluted basis. Globalbees has also allotted a total of 3,041 Series C2 CCPS for an aggregate consideration of INR 1,00,00,32,850 (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crore Thirty Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Only) to its existing shareholders.
