Brainbees Solutions Invests INR 19.96 Crores in Subsidiary Globalbees Brands

Brainbees Solutions Ltd. has invested INR 19,96,32,990/- in its subsidiary, Globalbees Brands Private Limited, in the form of convertible loan. The loan has been converted into Series C3 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares ('CCPS'), amounting to INR 19,96,11,950/-. This investment has resulted in an increase in Brainbees Solutions' shareholding in Globalbees from 51.51% to 51.68% on a fully diluted basis. A refund of INR 21,040/- is due to Brainbees Solutions from Globalbees due to a difference in the loan and issued amount of CCPS.
